Office staff unprofessional and unhelpful. Would not file insurance without the actual card even though had copy of it front and back *no different than making a copy of it on your copier. Tried to speak to office manager and was given the run around... "don't know when she will be available".... I have seen multiple bad reviews about office staff. My daughter left without being seen as I told her we will make you an appointment with another dermatologist with a staff that is competent and helpful. I don't know how he stays in business with poor quality front office staff.

At scheduling, I was told to come 30 min. before appt. time although all forms had been mailed previously to have completed at appt. time. First impression was a cluttered and disorganized office that could use a good cleaning. Staff made no eye contact, barely spoke while copying my ID and were less than friendly. Although I arrived 30 min. early I still wasn't seen until 25 min. after my appt. time. The nurse who called me back was very friendly to the point of being silly and unprofessional. When the doctor finally came in, he was cordial but immediately began an exam on my HEAD....saying their initial visit included a head to toe skin exam. Finally, he asked what I came in for. Diagnosis was it looked like one thing but wasn't sure and suggested a biopsy if I wanted OR I could try a cream for a month or two to see if it helped. I chose the less invasive cream treatment to start. I thought he was condescending & rude and will NOT go back. Office staff apparently hates their jobs.
