Negative experiences here lately - they take forever to call you back, IF they do and staff can be rude. Not kenneling or grooming here any longer because they don't seem to be able to handle workload. Understaffed.

Have been a long time client, with two dogs treated and kenneled there for 12 years. In that time, the services have declined drastically. It seems the practice and pet spa are not able to keep up with the demands of growth. It used to be your pet was not treated like a number there, but now, the care and staff are very depersonalized and the experiences for the last two years have been negative. The day spa does not return phone calls in a timely fashion and it is obvious they do not care if they have your business or not. As a result, I have finally pulled my pet out of this practice and kenneling services altogether. You will be just a number here - would not recommend for kenneling, grooming or vet care.

My pets have been going there for years. they love both of the Doctors. The doctors really care about the welfare of them. but the phone number listed is wrong the number is 610 488 0166. the number listed is for the Pet Spa and Resort that my Dog frequents and also loves.
