I rent a property from Smithworks I've no problems except the neighbor upstairs. How can you fault the landlord for the neighbor...you can't.

The property is nice and we get along with the management. I do not plan to leave until I am ready to buy property here.

I lived on a residential property managed by this company in Berlin from late September 2016 until April 2017, and for $900/mo, you got a bed bug infestation, black mold growing in a leaky garage, and a brand new shower (that took 1 1/2 months to install) that actually began to separate from the wall in just under two weeks. But he was definitely there for the money.

Good contractors are so hard to come by, and Smithworks definitely isn't one of them.
