If your children are on MEDICAID be aware that they are making it EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO GO HERE ANYMORE.



First they wouldn't schedule at the 7 am appointments anymore because they said they are not able to confirm enrollment due to it being prior to business hours.



On the day of the appointment, they called to tell me that couldn't verify enrollment of my son. I call to verify myself and they said he has coverage (which I already knew). I called the office back and she said that they don't call to verify they use the electronic system only and that it was stating he wasn't enrolled. When I asked her to call for verification she said "That's not how we do it"



Which leads me to ask, if they verify electronically anyway, why can't they do it at 7 am???



I have a suspicion they are are weeding out Medicaid patients and trying to do so it looks like they are leaving voluntarily.

In my life I have had 4 different Dentist. Never have I had the experience with other Dentist that I have had with Dr. Kruysman. He is very kind and respectful. I have never had pain with any work he has done. They will get you in as soon as possible. Or convince you to do unnecessary work. The office staff are very professional. All in all a wonderful place to go...
