My salesman, Dan Jones, told me the day I purchased my vehicle that he wanted to run over the people standing down the road holding signs in support of President Trump - both unprofessional and disrespectful to the community in which he is trying the sell vehicles. He lied to me several times, costing me extra expenses at contract time. They called it a misunderstanding; but it's part of their shady business. My salesman continues to talk down to me, acting as though paying sticker price for a vehicle is a great deal, and downplaying the concerns I brought to his attention about my vehicle. Maybe, if he did not talk to me like I was stupid and don't know the value of a vehicle and its parts, not to mention the games they play, I would have enjoyed the experience a little more.

By far the worst customer service experience that I have ever encountered. Staff were very rude, rushed through the car buying process, gave out incorrect information regarding Maryland DMV laws and regulations, significant miscommunications between salesman and financial director, titled vehicle in wrong state, and have not returned one single phone call or email regarding the situation after they have told me they were seeing "what they could do for me and would call me back." I have already emailed both the general manager and financial director and called on numerous occasions and the worst part about it is that I still have to continue working with these people to services my vehicle and use the warranty I purchased. Workers are incompetent and ill-mannered. One worker actually yelled at me over the phone and hung up. I recommend going anywhere else BUT HERE.
