I rate Caira Building and Remodeling as: POOR, for the following reasons: 1. Work on the contract started late. 2. Progress on my project was slow, often stopping for no good reason, 3. Workmanship by employees was poor often having to be redone. 4. Requests for payments prior to completed milestones, claiming insolvency, such that the project could not continue for lack of supplies. 5. Erratic work schedule, often late for scheduled work, requesting to work in the evening, and./or on week ends, and 6. The contract presented was later found not to meet the minimum standards required by the Mass Consumer Protection Agency. Use Caira Custom Building and Remodeling at your own risk.
