I am 66. Over the course of my life experience I can state without reservation that Wm. Ellis & Co. is the finest company that I have ever worked with. In every aspect of a long, complex, demanding project requiring all the construction trades, Ellis & co. exceeded our expectations. The project was a major remodel of our home and garage for ADA accessibility and extended into major repairs and landscape cleanup. Not only did Ellis complete all of our requested improvements and addition, to a person, every Ellis employee was honest, friendly, considerate of our needs, and "looked out for us". I can not say enough good things about the Wm. Ellis Company.

Plumbing problems caused a flood in my basement that resulted in the need for major restorations. William Ellis Company was one of the companies recommended by my insurance company and I am so glad I follow their recommendation. From the beginning to the end of the project the William Ellis Company was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and efficient. Dennis explained exactly what would be done and visited frequently to be sure everything was being done as planned. When any problems arose he was easily accessible and dealt with them personally and timely. The men doing the work were easy to work with and did a wonderful job. They were always here at the time they said they would be and worked until and sometime after quitting time. I worked more with Mark and he was a pleasure to work with. He not only did what was expected but went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with the work being done. I also felt comfortable leaving them working in my home when I could not be there. Restoration is a dirty job but these workers did their best to leave the work area as clean as possible at the end of each day. Linda who works at the office always made sure appointments were made as needed, keep me informed of the work schedule, was very knowledgeable about dealing with the insurance and mortgage companies and handled all the paper work efficiently. Thanks to all of you. I highly recommend the William Ellis Company for any flood damage repair and restoration.

We are absolutely delighted with the work that was done. A walk-in shower was converted into a laundry room with a minimum of inconvenienve to us. The workers did their work expertly, each trade outdoing the other. They were men who really cared about the quality of what they did and the considerate way in which they did it. A five star job! We thank each and every one of them.

Great job, very high-quality work! William Ellis Company replaced and painted our siding last summer. Dan coordinated with our insurance company and would check in with us regularly throughout the project ensuring our satisfaction. I am a very satisfied residential and commercial customer of the Wm. Ellis Company. I was introduced to Dennis Ellis by my AAA adjuster back in 1998 and have been grateful ever since. Since then, I have partnered with them on two residential and one commercial barrier free modifications projects and two residential and one commercial insurance restoration projects. My experience has been excellent. They always start by assisting me with my insurance claim by working directly with my carrier throughout the entire process and coordinate every aspect of my claim. With my two water damage claims, they arranged for emergency services to extract water from my homes and were personally on site within 24 hours to make their assessment. When we had extensive property damage at my place of employment, they cleaned up the glass and damaged items, took inventory and developed a plan within 24 hours so we only lost one day of work on site. The two barrier free modifications projects required extensive preparation starting with an occupational therapy evaluation of me in my home environments. Plans had to be drawn from the reports and approved by the insurance company. With the collaboration of an interior decorator and a team of skilled tradesmen a custom, creative, universal and accessible design was completed at each home. On every claim, they kept the process moving and alerted us every step of the way. We were comfortable leaving our home and place of business knowing that we were dealing with trustworthy, talented and skilled tradesmen to get the job done. We came to expect the same high quality workmanship and attention to detail on every project and were never disappointed. I recommend the Wm. Ellis Company on a regular basis to friends, family and business associates and have received only positive feedback.

We highly recommend the William Ellis Company. Our house is over 50 years old and needed extensive plaster repair because of some water damage. The work was done very professionally. I never had to worry about leaving the workers at the house. Dan was there to check on the progress every day and the results were amazing. The work was done thoroughly and efficiently and no corners were cut. They used quality materials and experienced workmen. We have had many jobs done at this house in the 30+ years we have lived here, including a major remodeling. These guys get an A+! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

William Ellis Company remodeled the top floor of my bungalow-style house. Start to finish, the process was easy! Dan was attentive and regularly checked on progress personally, each of the crews was courteous and professional (Props to Larry's crew on drywall, etc, especially!) The process was as nearly hassle free as a major construction project ever possibly can be and the quality of work was top notch!
