Do not buy their service contract, in fact don't have them in your house!
Mark up around 400% on parts!

They installed my central air unit almost 2 years ago and the same tech (coincidentally) came back recently for a service call because the unit would not blow cold air already. Upon inspection, the tech said my line had a blockage somewhere in the system going as far to show me the pressure differentials etc... and it would be about $600 (which seemed like too much) for the service. He then said if I had agreed to their service plan, this may not have happened, essentially blaming me. My BS-o- meter was going off so I said thanks and said I'll get a second opinion. The next company comes along and said that diagnosis was not true. Showed me the true pressure readings and then showed me where oily refrigerant had been leaking from the Airmaster's original install outside. I was simply out of refrigerant. No blockage as suggested which can become a costly repair. It appears Airmaster was simply trying to cover up their faulty install. I saved hundreds of dollars by following my instincts. I would avoid.
