This review is long overdue. Sustainable roofing did our roof roughly 2 yrs ago. We couldn't be happier with the job Kas (owner and roofer) did. Kas is very attentive to his clients needs and budget. He not only made our tiled roof sturdier, he made sure we wouldn't have any more problem with chipped tiles falling off. Its been 2 yrs and we have not seen any chipped tile on the street or in the backyard. He also fixed the skylight on the 2nd unit of the building. He did an awesome job. We have had some strong storms with plenty of rain the last couple months and not once did we notice any leak. We recommend Sustainable Roofing Solutions, It will be worth your time and money!

I am very satisfied with the work SRS did for me. I lived in another house for 30 yrs, I had two roofs installed and they lasted approx. 15 years each. This is the first time I used SRS at my current residence and I have a feeling this roof may last twice as long as the last ones. The previous roofers were in and out in about a couple of weeks more or less. I really didn’t know what was going on then except that the new roof looked good. The SRS job took longer to finish, but it seems I got more value for what I spent with their detailing. They did extra work tearing off additional layers of roofing, they completed extensive dry rot and carpentry work at the roof perimeter that was needed and installed extra flashings to prolong the life of some adjacent beams.
The thing that separates SRS from the previous roofers is that Kasra, the owner, would explain everything to me. He worked side by side with the roofers to insure everything was done correctly.
