I am middle aged with a dry skin problem that has plagued me for years. I was recommended to Surfaces by a good a reliable friend. Even with a strong recommendation, I was still skeptical. Whoa! is the only word I could say when I left there. Not only it the place gorgeous and the smell is incredible, the service was impeccable. The technician really knew her stuff. My skin has never looked or felt better. All this time struggling with the skin problem, when the answer was so close by. I guess is better to be late then never.

I had the most wonderful massage that I have ever had. I have been experiencing some back problems and I felt so good after the massage was over. The therapist hands produced magic. Believe me I will be returning and telling many about my service.

To start off, they don’t have a receptionist that it is knowledgeable about the business they are trying to run. When I called to schedule an appointment I asked the receptionist about the “no show fee” and she told me it would be $40 if I didn’t show up. I made my appointment and to confirm my appointment they ask for a credit card number. The day of my body wrap I ran a little bit late, the owner said she couldn’t see me anymore and I understood I was to late. But when I tried to reschedule she said she WOULD STILL HAVE TO CHARGE ME the whole amount ($149.00) of the service even thought I didn’t receive anything at all. She explained to me that because I was late and I didn’t get the wrap she wasn’t going to lose HER earnings of that day. Basically I still had to pay for a service she didn’t do and it was MY FAULT that I didn’t receive the wrap because I was too late. I was in shock that this business has been operation and I left in tears.
