Provided by SuperpagesI took my $325 Marc Jacob couture shoes to be re-soled there--a very simple job--and they destroyed them. The soles were so horridly glued on to there that the shoes will no longer even lay on the ground flat anymore. There was no attempt to meld the new sole with the shoe--there's just this huge flap of rubber that crinkles all along the edges. Furthermore, they used this black tar-like stuff that stinks like hell and is messily painted. To be really picky, at times the tar ruins the edges of the velvet of the actual shoe!!! One of the most unprofessional, atrocious jobs that I've ever seen. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE if you have any respect for shoes!!!! Because these people have absolutely none. Disgusting. I literally could have done a better job myself with just rubber and crazy glue.
