I've tried many times to get information on how to provide feedback to the administration of this branch to no avail. My contact with doctors has always been good, however, the support staff is the worst imaginable. They idly chat amonst themselves while patients are waiting to be helped and often provide incorrect information which has again and again cost me both time and money. What's more, they are often rude when asked questions. I'm fed up. Why is it that people who take advantage of low-income services must endure the lack of fast, respectful, reliable customer service? It's disheartening and frustrating. Be aware if you visit this branch: do not expect to receive all (or the correct) needed clerical information before, during, or after you visit.
