As far as Lousiana food goes, this place is great. It's always good when you see the owner of the restaurant as the host and checking the tables to make sure everything is okay. I took my dad and some friends here on several occasions and all of them enjoyed themselves. I had the fried chicken and it was amazing. Not too heavy with just enough seasoning. My sister had the jambalaya along with my Dad and he is a stickler for Southern cooking and was not disappointed at all. We also had the short ribs as the appetizer and my Dad couldn't get enough. Definitely a gem that is starting to get noticed.
