AKR Property Management delivers a full range of property management services with the goal of maximizing our clients return and simplifying income property ownership. We are also owners of income property and understand the big picture of real estate management and ownership. Founded in 1972, we currently manage several hundred apartments and commercial units located in San Francisco, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Richmond and Contra Costa and Solano counties. We have a staff of experienced maintance personal in addition to a great group of trusted professionals and contractors who have worked with us for many years. Our current portfolio includes single family homes, multi-unit apartment buildings and commercial buildings that range in size from single units to buildings with over 100 apartments.
