They can be very unprofessional and out to make a quick buck. I would NOT recommend bringing your taxes to them especially if you will be itemizing. They do not follow instructions well at all, overcharge and are fly by nights. If you want your taxes done right and don't want to be grossly overcharged, take them elsewhere. I've dealt with other branches which are seemingly a bit better but overall, their services are below standard.
