Bergenfield High School, located in Bergenfield, N.J., is a part of the Bergenfield School District. It enrolls more than 1,150 students and offers classes from grades nine through 12. Students are offered a wide variety of courses in accordance with their interests, needs and future plans and may select their courses from a comprehensive program of studies. The majority of course offerings are college preparatory and in addition to the standard offerings, there are honors and advanced placement courses offered in most disciplines, including art, English, foreign language, math, music, social studies and science. Students are encouraged to develop talents outside the classroom, with opportunities in various clubs, organizations and athletics, including more than 40 different levels of boys and girls athletic teams, student newspaper, music department and debating team.
