Provided by YP.comI called Hank Klink to help fix and leak and they asked that I turn off the water main prior to beginning. When I did, the shut-off valve broke and needed to be replaced. They called Berea Water to shut off the water to the house and left to get some parts. While gone, Berea water fixed the shut-off for FREE and left. Hank Klink never notified me that the city would take care of this repair and wanted to charge me $135.00.
