I started running initially just as cross training for cycling. Rush Running did a fantastic job analyzing my gait and getting me in the right shoes while educating me along the way. From there I began doing speed work with them on Mondays and found out they provide runs on Wed, Fri, Sat, and Sun as well, and all for free whether you've bought from them or not! The community of runners they've gathered has made running fun and has taken me from running for cross training purposes to just running to run (and race!). Highly recommend
