Dr. Stringfellow is the best dentist I have ever been to. He treats you with the utmost care.. I would never go anywhere else!

I had the worst experience yesterday (2/25/2016) with this practice. These guys are the most disorganized folks I have ever been to. I had a cavity filling appointment that was to start at 3:30pm and I checked in at 3:25pm. I waited for 20 min before a nurse got me in. She settled me in the room and left me to wait again.The doctor didn't show up until 4:30pm. So by now I had already waited for 1:05 hours. I had to pick up my kids at 5pm and so he decided that it was too short time to operate on my 4 teeth. He told me "I am sorry, let me see what we can do to help you" and left the room again. And there I was again on the seat waiting for 10 more minutes and nobody showed up to- "help me". It is evident to me these guys really need someone to manage their time because they have utter disrespect for people's time.



On a previous cleaning appntmnt, I took my family with me. I was told that the appointment will take 1.5 hours. It actually took 3.5 hours and I had to take half day off.

Our whole family has gone to Pinnacle Hills Dental for a few years now, and between us we've had cleanings, fillings, crowns, and root canals.



The staff are wonderful. They're kind, cheerful, and patient. I've always felt that my questions were answered and that they were working with me according to our family's needs. The last thing you want is someone to act condescending towards you when you're already dealing with a stressful dental procedure for yourself or your child, but I've never experienced that at Pinnacle.



We've seen at least three dentists there and we've always had great experiences. I'm impressed with the sincere concern that Dr. Jay had for my son when he had his root canal done recently. He went to great lengths to make sure he didn't experience any pain or discomfort, explained what he was doing, and was exceedingly thorough to prevent future problems. I've seen Dr Norton and another dentist, who has since moved on, and both were gentle and did beautiful work for my fillings, crowns, and root canal.



Overall, this is a trustworthy group that does quality work with a professional and thoughtful demeanor.

The best Dentist I have ever had, here or in other states. Very professional, and yet very friendly. Pinnacle Hills works with you and your insurance company, resending claims until accepted. Both Jay and Steven Stringfellow are really good and have a fantastic sense of humor.

My family has received the care necessary for good dental health including hidden cavities and crowns. Other dentists have put crowns without totally removing decay. Without x-rays many of those cavities would have been discovered too late to save the tooth.

The other thing is that they will discuss your concerns and will redo any crown that is not satisfactory by their and your standards. The hygienist who cleans your teeth will call in the dentist immediately if she sees something that needs attention. Their cosmetic work is exceptional; both Jay and Steve can match teeth color and shapes perfectly to get a natural looking smile. Both the dentists and their staff enjoy creating a smile that the patient can be proud of, and the assistant told me that the whole staff looks forward to the days when patients come in to have long time problems corrected so they can smile again.

I wholeheartedly recommend them to friends, family and anyone looking for a painless, and enjoyable visit.

I have been going here for 6 years and my wife and children see Dr. Crystal and I see Dr. Jay. Very friendly and professional office staff.

I have been going to Pinnacle for quite a while now. I was looking to get invisalign treatment, and they proved to be the best price and seemed ok. So the treatment got started, and I have never, ever, found myself in this kind of position with any medical provider before - double check everything said, check the bills with a magnifying glass, keep on telling them they already maxed out my ortho coverage, no use to try to send the bills to the insurance company. And no need to check what could be still covered by the insurance and suggest that to be done.

If you go here, a tip or two: First of all, keep the little appointment card with you - their reservation system is a limbo. I go rather often, every 5 weeks or so, and it has been three times now that I walk in for my appointment, and they say I must have a wrong day since they do not see me in the system. Or a wrong time, numerous times. So I keep the cards I get from them to prove, that I am in the right place in the right time. I was supposed to be seen by the dentist every time I come, but there has been long periods (longest 3 months) that I just deal with the dental assistants, out of which one is simply to be avoided - she has no clue what she is doing. She was seriously going to grind my 4 front teeth in pretty much half BEFORE the invisalign treatment started "to make more room for the teeth to move". She also put the "buttons" on wrong teeth and was sweating to get them out before the other assistants or the doctor realizes what went wrong. When I happen to see the doctor, he is nice, but every time changes the plan what should get done. Lately he has been suggesting crowns, veneers, you name it, to make the perfect smile. I just want the invisalign treatment done and finished with. I am planning to look another provider and finish the treatment with them.

I recently went to Pinnacle Hills dental group as a new patient. My current employer does not cover my preferred dentist so I found Pinnacle on my PPO Directory.



My husband and I both had cleanings and consultations. By the end of our visit we had been told we required upwards of $3,000 worth of major dental work including crowns, fillings etc. We immediately found this concerning as we've never required major dental in the past.

Furthermore, we were informed that my insurance doesnt happen to cover major dental for one year so we would be required to pay for these services in cash. I was immediately concerned that we were being schemed. There was a sense that our insurance coverage was reviewed first and the determination of necessary treatment made there after so as to provide for the most lucrative outcome.



We pursued a 2nd opinion with my lifetime Dentist, of whom I trust implicitly, and found that there was no need for the extreme services. We walked out with a $97 out-of-network expense and healthy teeth.
