I can't say I was ever unsatisfied with my cocker spaniel's grooming. However, the customer service is less than satisfactory. Every time I come in they have something negative to say about my dog's behavior, or they just don't say anything at all.
This particular time they want to charge me $10 per hour of waiting to pick my dog up. I understand limited space, and in most cases, I can just go pick my dog up. But if their prices are $15 higher than competing businesses and they aren't friendly, plus a $10/hr waiting fee, I will take my dollar somewhere else. A smiling face is what I pay for, I won't be returning.
