This business has never steered me wrong. They are honest and do great work. I will continue to use Pro Muffler and Brake Shop as long as I'm in the area!

I thought I needed an entire new exhaust system. They could have replaced my exhaust and charged me for it, and I would never had known the difference. Instead they told me that it was only heat shields making noise and it was a simple fix that took 15 minutes. When I picked up my car they told me there was NO CHARGE. I will go back to Pro Muffler and Brake Shop, and recommend them very highly. They were honest, knowledgable and friendly. I have already told several friends, by the way.

I came to you last night with no money in my pocket and a rotted dismantled exhaust system. I told you I was traveling home to see my daughter for Christmas and asked if there was any way you could help me make it home. Im not quite sure of the gentlemans name, it may have been Keith, but sir I would like to thank you for your caring and understanding in seeing that I got home to my family without having to worry about my exhaust because you fixed it for me. Please just know that your consideration and caring is dually noted and may you and your company be as blessed in the future as I was last night in your shop.
