Review your receipts.There was a pair of shoes sale price of 49.99I had a 20$ off rewards card Ihanded to cashier as I got 2 counter b4 cashier scanned rewards card he scanned the shoe which scanned for 9.99 he says your shoes r 9.99 and shoe came from display you get free shoe cleaner I swipe my cc cardI get home and see that he charged me for shoe cleaner and kept my 20$ off couponI call manager he tells me come to store I show receipt that show shoes 9.99shoe cleaner10.99 no discounts or coupons on receiptWe argued 15 mins about how the cashier "took" 40 off my shoes but they rung up 9.99 the sku for the shoes is on receipt with no discounts listed Manager rudely refunded me for shoe cleaner didnt return my coupon. I know shoe were a GREAT price but its not about the price of the shoe but the experience And manager trying justify something I have proof of
