I will NEVER take my dog here to be groomed again!! The one time that I did, the groomer overheated my little dog when he was being dried. When I picked him up he was weak and had no energy (this is a Jack Russell Terrier folks) and felt VERY hot and his nose was so dry. I immediately took him and put him in front of the air conditioner in my car! I gave him my bottled water and he gulped it down from his drinking bowl that I carry with us! Then when I got him home I found little cuts all over him!!!!!! I had requested that they do a de-shedding treatment on him and the groomer hacked him up like she was Todd Sweeney! I called the manager and complained and the manager refused to give my money back but offered me some lame coupons that she said she would email me. I did not receive any email at all. If I could give this place less than one star I would, this is no place to take your animal with business practices like these.

round first of the year i started takin my dog in to get groomed to see if i liked petco saloon better than where i was takeing him.the first groom was iffy a groomer named krista i think done him she did good job but my dog was very nervous an uneasy lookin when i picked him up i didn say anything. I wasn goin to take him back because i thought he was scared an thats not like him.well when they called back in a month or two to see if i was goin to make his next grooming appt i said i would try them one more time but with a different groomer ive been pleased with there work ever since i think the groomers name is sandra she does the best grooming ive seen an ive used several there will never be anyone but petcos groomer sandra at benton store do my dog again i think shes the best you can really tell shes cares about peoples animals again think you petco and sandra for your outstanding service
