They came highly recommended but the first person they sent (Kevin) was flummoxed and said that her needed to get a more experienced person (Justin) to look at our issue. He never followed up, and we tried calling several times and no one returned our calls. We waited a few weeks and have now left five messages in last ten days and every time the receptionist tells us that someone (Justin) will call us back but no one has ever called us back and the receptionist can never schedule an appointment and they tell us that the ONLY person who can help us is Justin, but Justin never calls. Sigh. I guess they do not want or need the business, but the professional thing to do would be to at least call back and let us know that they are not interested in the job. Hey Brian Baker, we get it, we're moving on.
