I had recently had autostart installed in my car at the Bensenville location. I am beyond upset with the service I had received. The front desk lady was rude and never called to let me know my car was ready. Then after picking up my car I come to realize my trunk button doesn't work. I was told to call back if I had any problems and that they would resolve my problem. When I called back I was told if I wanted my trunk button to work on the two key sets I paid $40 for that I should have said something to begin with. I was never made aware that something I was paying $40 for wouldn't work. When confronted with this problem she told me I have to pay another $30 for my trunk button to work. I was also told that the technicians at this location take 3-4 hours to install the autostart to make sure everything works perfectly. If everything worked perfectly then my trunk button should work especially in the 3-4 hour time frame. I am telling all of my friends who I had originally told to buy the autostart through livingsocial for this company NOT to buy it now due to the service I had received. I want my trunk button to work but am not going to pay the extra money for something that should have worked in the first place.

Not only did I have to wait 2 months to get my remote start using my Groupon deal, along with an extra $100 bypass fee, but they had my car from 8:30 am until they closed at 6 pm. Why did they need my car for 10 hours to put in a remote start? I know it didn't take that long. To be fair, they said I may not be able to pick it up until 6 pm, but they also implied that it would be ready way before then. I will never recommend this place to anybody. Ever.

I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is, and how little they care for your time and money. If you read more reviews between yelp, and Google+, you will see a trend in their lack of respect for the very people that keep them afloat. Mike Mayo neglected to give me a refund which was requested within a month of the application date, and didn't care to respect my concerns or issues.

I have been to this place several times and each time I am more amazed by the quality of work and excellent customers service i receive. Overall this store gets a 5 star review. Great place great people!

I had my windows tinted and a vinyl application applied to my auto. The vinyl application began to come undone and Mike the manager got me in right away and took care of the problem. It's refreshing to know that customer service still means something.

These guys do the cleanest tint jobs I have ever seen. I have had my car windows tinted for years and I can usually find an inperfection here and there, not at Tint World. Mike even came out with a flashlight and inspected my tint job with me. The computer cuts were spot on and no dust! I even had my car detailed there and Juan does an excellent job. For a shop that does so many things they have refined each craft to perfection. I highly recomend this shop and I will be coming back to have my home windows tint! This is just what Bensenville needed! A+
