DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PECCA. I purchased a dehumidifier from Pecca. When I received it, I noted that it had clearly been sold before and that it had been damaged. Broken pieces were sealed in a bag with the owner's manual and instruction booklet. I attempted to contact Pecca four times (three emails and a phone message). When I finally received a response, I was told that it was outside of their 7 day return period and that they would not do anything. All I expect is to receive the item as advertised, not something that's been sold, damaged, returned and repackaged! Obviously, this is not the type of "customer service" you expect from a company you are giving your hard-earned monies to.
