They were the mortgage company for the buyer of my home. We had an agreement of sale to settle on 4/23. I was also going to settlement for my new home the same day. They had the paper work on the house for 2 months and did nothing to process my buyers mortgage. Three days before settlement they told my realtor the mortgage wasn't complete. I had taken off from work to move as well as hired movers to move my belongings and store them overnight as well as had repair people and new furniture to be delivered the day after I moved in to my new home. None of the moving or deliveries could be cancelled because I had already confirmed since we were 3 days from settlement. They have refused to answer my calls as well as my agents calls or the buyers agents request to process the mortgage so we could go to settlement. They said the reason for the delay was that they were swamped with the new home buyers tax credit yet they had 2 months to complete and the day we tried to get them to push it to the top, they were in an all day education session. Not sure how busy they are if they have time for education. this is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR MORTGAGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
