Careful Moving has good ratings online and my experience was good. Nothing was broken or lost and the moving crew was great. Three guys came out and packed everything and it was easy. So everything was perfect.

I used careful moving services last month and will never use them again. Showed up late broke many items and raised the price at the last minute. Dan the owner finally showed up when the job was just about done and said he had insurance but found out he didn't. Dan looked like he was on something very unprofessional. Would recommend you stay away

Don't use this company. They charged almost triple their estimate, arrived 2 hours late and caused damage to my home and belongings. When questioned, the owner, Dan, had an excuse for everything. He claimed he has insurance but doesn't. He wanted to "FIX" my broken and damaged property instead of paying for what I had to replace. If you make the mistake I made, sue him. I am.

It will not allow 0 stars but that is the rating. Spare yourself being ripped off. They are Horrible. Dan quoted on price for 2 men, then called to change it to a higher price for 3 men a day before the move with no time to schedule anyone else. The men showed up and increased the price again saying there were 4 men. I was introduced to 4 and then only saw 3 for the remainder of the move. The men complained the entire time, took their time and damaged two pieces of furniture. Dan has not paid for the damage.

I moved from PA to DE. Dan & his crew did a fantastic through job at a fair price. They were on time, fast and extremely careful with all of my belongings. I only went on this site to give Dan another job and decided to write a review.

Dan Ewell sent two movers who did excellent work. He didn't complain that I changed my moving date and kept asking questions by email. He and the movers were prompt and courteous. Fast, careful moving even though up to the 3rd floor. Well packed. No damage. Cheerful. Friendly. Efficient. Highly recommended. Poor conditions for them, great results for me.

They were great. Careful with our furniture. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to others.
