I bought a remote starter from them in December and had them install it after Christmas. They had problems with the door locks on the remote working properly after the install. They kept saying they were in touch with tech support and would call me back. They never called me back (3 differant occasions) After 3 months and the rear hatch not unlocking I took it to Sounds Fast and they fixed it in 1 hour.
