Stay away from this place unless you enjoy stress. The Staff is very rude and really don't care if you are feeling well or not. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. You will have better luck with over the counter medicine than using this place.

My toddler son had recurrent ear infections that resultsed in a myringotomy (tubes in ears) performed by Dr.Verheyden. First saw Dr.Verheyden a couple of months ago to have my son s ear evaluated since he had had 7 ear infections in 9 months. He was not having an infection at the time,so she preferred to be cautious and wait to see if he kept getting more before tubes. When he had another 2 infections in 2 months later I took him back and was able to get in same day with a another doctor in her office. That doctor treated current infection and saw DrVerheyden the next week. Her office was able to schedule the surgery 1 week later and coordinated with the insurance and hospital within 1 day or so. She performed the surgery quickly and efficiently. Then stayed with us for a little while after, my son woke up screaming due to the anesthesia, she went in search of a bottle for him, thinking he might be hungry.She showed clear concern and was very thorough in explaining the process to us and answering our questions. Also the hospital staff all told us that she is the best and they would use her if they ever needed an ENT surgery.
