Randy has always done great work for me... On time and always with the estimate given... Great craftsmanship...

Poor service and limited skills. My wife and I called to have our Taurus worked on and was rudely interrupted amidst our question to be told "I don't work on Tauruses." He then hung up. He didn't recommend anyone, he didn't try to help at all. So we went to Centerfire and they took one hour fixing it. There are a lot of Taurus guns out there and he either can't fix them because his skills are limited or he just doesn't want to. Regardless, his customer service skills were outrageously horrible and his limitations on the kind of guns he'll work on is abysmal.

I recently had a Model 1897 Winchester 12 ga. shotgun in Randy's shop. He is an awesome 3rd generation gun smith. The shot gun was jamming up and prematurely dropping the hammer. After he got into it, he found that another, so called gunsmith had worked on it and totally messed things up such as not fitting the firing pin. Randy cleaned, repaired and tested it for a very reasonable cost. He has all the "tools of the trade" right there in his shop. I would not trust anyone else to work on my firearms. I suggest, you also don't waste your time and money on anyone else! Randy will get it done right!
