We hired Home Heating & Cooling to install a new furnace in our home. They did the work well, and fixed some air flow issues and repaired a bent duct. They also, at no charge, ran new thermostat control wires when they found the home didn't have the right wiring to run the fan in automatic mode. Was very impressed with the thoroughness of Ric on the bid, and the professionalism of their team.

Home Heating & Cooling did a great job installing my AC and the Aeroseal in my duct work. The were promt, proffesional and on time with compleating the work. Home Heating & Cooling did a major service on my heat pump system two years ago that included complete duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. I was very happy with the timely response to my initial request, professionalism of all the crew members, and the end result. This year, 2015, they came again for a periodic maintenance. This service revealed that my heat pump was now only operating on auxiliary and needed to be replaced. My new system included the AeroSeal duct sealing (which resulted in a 97% reduction in duct leakage). As before, the whole installation was done in a timely and professional manner. And I appreciate that everyone was wiling to answer any questions I had along the way.

During the early summer of 2014 our heat pump went out. We called Home Heating & Cooling. They responded to our home in a timely fashion and determined what was wrong with our old inefficient heat pump. This led to us having to have a new more efficient heating system installed by Home Heating & Cooling. They installed a new Bryant furnace & heat pump. Home Heating & Coolling provides some of the best customer service around, and they kept us notified of all their progress throughout the project. They also have some of the friendliest employee's. While working on the this project they also diagnosed a problem we were having with our dryer ducting, and replaced it. This fix increase the efficiency of our dryer, and has cut the drying time down by more than half. Extreamly customer friendly company who follows through with their customers.

I contacted Home for duct and dryer vent cleaning. Ric came out and provided recommendations on service and equipment options. No pressure, I liked how my options were presented. Everyone at Home Heating was very easy to work with. They were responsive and did all the work agreed to in an efficient manner. Our crawlspace is very tight and no ones idea of a good time. The technicians who replaced our crossover venting did not complain and were very professional. The vent cleaning and new crossover vents that were installed made an immediate and noticeable improvement in our home's comfort. Ric spent time with us discussing options and costs. Home Heating has been my service provider for the past 2 years and they are extremely reliable and responsible. I had Home Heating & Cooling install a new Heat Pump/Air Conditioner with an Aprilaire air purifier in my Bend Oregon home. The always showed up on time and were polite....and got the work done.It is truly wonderful being comfortable in this warm weather.

This company fields a first rate team of well trained, experienced, highly skilled and self motivated workers. I've had a LOT of experience with work crews, and these are the BEST. They always showed up on time, well equipped, well led, always knowing what they're about. "Thanks" to Derrick, Jon, James and Rich for all your hard work. You not only Power Vac'd our ducts from the inside, but came back a few months later to install a new furnace and heat pump. We're enjoying better heat and air, at less cost. As a realtor in Bend, it's hard to find a good HVAC contractor that you can recommend to clients. Ric and his team are the best. All of my clients have been extremely happy with their work, as well.

Ric came out and put new duck work for my dryer that does my cloths in 35 min. Instead of and hour and a half. They are very professional and on time when they say. Always call you to let you know when they will be at your house. Would recommend them to every one.

Ric and his team did a wonderful job installing our new heat pump, furnace and ductless HVAC last summer. We trusted his recommendations and needed a fast installation. Friday night the heater dies. Did an internet search and found Home Heating was the only one open on a weekend, not to mention 21 great reviews. They came out on a Saturday loaned us some heaters to keep warm until the repairs could be made. Did a full evaluation of the whole house, gave several options. Very thorough. The technicians, office staff, and owner were professional, friendly and genuine. Wouldn't call anyone else. True small town neighborly service.

The technicians at Home Heating Bend were very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Jon and Nate were both excellent. After being without heat for almost a week, I was given a recommendation for Home Heating, so I called and they were at my home within an hour. I was much appreciative of there service.

Called Ric after a bad experience with a competitor that was too busy help me. Ric squeezed me in during a very hot and busy time. Figured out the problems with our hvac system, and fixed it in less time than estimated. No complaints, found the level of he and his staff's professionalism to be outstanding.

When our brand new dryer took as long to dry clothes as the old one - i.e., 6 cycles for a load of towels, 3 cycles for shirts- we knew we had a bigger problem. We thought cleaning the dryer vent would take care of it, but Ric patiently explained how our 18 year old venting was beyond help. He and Nathan came back the next morning and in two hours had a lovely new efficient vent in and lo and behold, I washed and DRIED 8 loads of laundry that day in the same amount of time it had taken to dry just 2 loads before the new vent!

I had an air conditioner, Aprilaire air filter system, and comple duct system cleaning done by Home Heating and Cooling. I was surprised by the low particle count which showed the effectiveness of the installed product. Ric and his employees were very prompt, professional, and took great care to leave things clean and even made sure my cat didn't get out! Would highly recommend them.
