After riding all day from Idaho I arrived in Bend, stopped at a Chevron to fill up and continue to Sunriver. Turned the bike back on, hit the starter and nothing. I Googled "Motorcycle Repair Shops in Bend" and M-Tech came up. I called and Dean answered the phone, it was straight up 5:00. I let him know my problem and asked if he would come to help me. He told me he would close up and be right there. He could not figure out what was going on in the Chevron parking and asked me to wait for him to run home to get a part. He had jumped the bike to make it start and I asked if I could just ride it out to his place to save time. He worked on my bike for at least 3 hours of his own time. Could not figure out what was going on but gave me a button to at least get the bike started and get me to Sunriver for my conference. He kept apologizing for not being able to fix my problem. I was so impressed with his willingness to help and told him so. Once back home in Idaho my husband & I were able to figure out what was wrong & fix the problem but if it had not been for Dean coming to my rescue I don't know what I would have done. Thank You so much for such great service Dean! You went above and beyond!
