I stayed here for week in winter with an RV and a tow car. The RV sites were recently modernized and each site has electric, water and sewer. The sites are a bit tight for backing the RV into so take your time. Each site is on a paved pad. The park is near Bend so very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Yet it is in the forest with nice hiking trails and wonderful old juniper trees. Camp hosts very nice and helpful. The bathrooms and showers are in separate facilities but all sites are in very close walking distance. The shower water is heated with solar energy only, and even with several days of gray sky in a row the water was hot. Without a reservation in the summer you will not be able to show up and get a site. Fill out a card, put receipt on your windshield, and pay by leaving money in the slot. Not a huge state park but very nice ,and convenient to Bend and the ski areas.
