I called this company for my 81year old mother. Thought because they had such a (1)good rating opposed to any of the others. When I called the woman I spoke with said it would be a free estimate. The crew looked around, found nothing and charged my mother $100.00. How is that free?
I called the company spoke to someone who said he was one of the directors there; he didn't seem too concerned that his people were giving out bad information. I would strongly recommend when they arrive at your home to get a price in writing before you let them in.

The best customer service in the central Oregon area !! HDDR really cared about my situation and made the best effort to make my disaster as painless as possible. They went out of there way and spent hours upon hours on me !! i appreciate all these people did to help me and my family!!! They went above and beyond
