Never, EVER will return. When one walks in with long naturally curly hair the stylist should assume that walking out I would want the same. It is still long but she HAD to blow dry and straighten with an iron (in 97 degree heat), with out asking. Then "doesn't like to take cards because the company charges me". Guess what, price of doing business! (especially at your rates Katie). Hair is mediocre at best and will need to be repaired next week when a true stylist can do it. One who is aware that if you blow dry curly hair it might frizz!



And, hopefully will keep their boobs out of my face. I mean I get having a big chest, believe me, but cover it up, I am not impressed.

I lost my earring during the haircut and noticed that when I came home. I called the salon the first thing in the morning to let my hair stylist know about it. I never got a chance to talk to her (will not mention name) but I talked to Lisa who works there. She told me to call me in a couple days but she never did. So I called again after about ten days and talked to some other person. Unfortunately, I had to tell the story of what happen once again because obviously the second person did not even know anything about it. To make long story short, they never found my earring and my hair stylist never called to even apologize.



I would not recommend this salon.
