BEWARE!!! Do not buy any silk arrangements at Gairdin unless you are 100% sure that it will work in your home. I bought a ready made arrangement (not custom) for my dining room table and determined that it was way too small for the location after bringing it home. When I brought it back the clerk said, "Oh, read the small print on the bottom of your receipt, No refunds on silks." Never was this mentioned when I bought it. I had been a good customer and have brought friends and family into the store, who have also been good customers, however, they will hear of Gairdin's poor customer service and I will never set foot in there again. I would have accepted a credit for a larger arrangement, which HELLO! would have probably been more expensive, but they didn't care. Retailers who think they win when they don't accept returns end up being the Biggest Loser of all.

A great place to find unique home decor for everyday and fo the seasons. The owner makes beautiful flower arrangements for the home also.
