The woman on the phone was very helpful and answered many questions for me. I scheduled a plumber to come out the next day. He arrived on time, put booties on before entering, took care my water heater and faucet problems and also looked at the other fixtures to make sure all plumbing was in good working order. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them in the future.

We called after normal business hours, so left a message. Was called promptly when their office was opened the following day (our situation was not an emergency). Plumber arrived within two hours - repaired the issue and provided us with suggestions, going forward, about how to help prevent a reoccurrence. Great customer service. Allen, Bend, OR

I have had some very bad experiences with service calls in the past and I have just got to say that Deschutes Plumbing was the total opposite it was so pleasant. The woman who answers the phones is very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and patient. And the gentleman who came to my house was also very friendly, quick, and efficient. I absolutely recommend them!
