The day I fished your private lakes was easily my best BIG trout day ever. I lost count during the day but that didn't matter because catching those big, powerful, beautiful, healthy fish was such a thrill! Watching them swim away, only slightly taxed by the effort, was equally rewarding. I wish I knew how many pounds of fish I caught that day! I'm sure that would have been an impressive number. The lake is a good size: large enough to hold lots of big fish, small enough to explore all of the likely fish hangouts, situated in a peaceful ranch setting. And we had the whole place to ourselves. Our guide did a great job keeping up with me and two other anglers that day, netting lunkers and taking photographic evidence... as well as preparing lunch. Perfect day! What a blast!
