They have great employees and great service. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. They are very professional and prompt. Thank you!!!

Overall we're pleased with the workmanship on our roof; however the process to get there was unnecessarily frustrating. Having used the company previously, we accepted their bid at the end of June. Prior to that customer service was spot on. From that point forward it was severely lacking. We had to follow up on a start date and were told 8/11. As that date approached, we followed up to confirm and were told first by the sales rep that they had to move the date all the way to the end of September because they had a large commercial job and then when we complained to the owner he said it was due to a shortage of workers. Either way we were pushed into the rainy season and as expected this extended the project. We came to visit the project (it is a vacation home) mid-way and noted that the roofing felt they were using wasn't the premium underlayment they had bid and we were paying for. While we were reasonable and agreed they didn't need to undo everything to that point, the credit we received for this was a pittance. The front office was very friendly and responsive and always stressed their commitment to customer service. Once past the receptionist, it was like pulling teeth to get a phone call back. I tried to follow up on several items after receiving the final bill, which arrived 2 days after job completion demanding immediate payment. Needless to say we weren't going to pay until inspecting the work. They never returned calls on follow-up items (several of which were related to what they promised with the felt mishap). We finally just paid after visiting the home and inspecting the job a few weeks later. Roof well done, job site clean with the exception of roofing nails we collected on the driveway and property. Overall a good result from a painful experience.

They went two weeks over what they projected to be the project time. We did hit some in-climate weather but they should've been prepared. When some light winds came in, a bunch of their supplies went flying off the roof hitting vehicles and damaging property. They also didn't protect my roof during the installation and when some light rain came in I had leaks all over my building. Not to mention that when they carried stuff up to the roof they left pitch and tar all over the exterior walls when they were going up and down. I am going to the CCB and reporting them I don't recommend them at all and would have given them Zero stars but you have to select at least one.
