We called them to look at our ac cuz it wasnt working. The lady who was on the phone was so rude. Also the man who came out to fix it, never talked to us and didnt even say good bye. I would not recommend them for one bit. Not personable people to deal with.

Great overall experience! I called Cascade Heating in need of a service for the heat pump in my home, I was able to get an appointment later that afternoon. The service tech arrived on time and was extremely professional! I will use them again, and have already recommended them to a couple friends.

our heating unit brokedown at my office. we came in monday morning and were freezing. called cascade and they sent out their amazing service tech paul . by 10:00 am we were warm . great service and fair price. would call nobody else.

called in the midsummer looking for a quality air conditioner at a reasonable price called cascade and my house was cool while they were here they repaired the zoning system and did a full maintenance on my system the install staff was very good the trane warranty is the best and the hole experience has been great very professional would recommend to anyone

My husband and I are really happy with John, the service man that came to take care of our fireplace. He was real nice and knew what he was doing. He explained everything to us too. We paid a fair price for a really good service. Thanks.

When I called the service department at Cascade Heating & Specialties, it was late at night and the service man came! He couldn't fix out heat pump because a compressor or something was burned out. The next day another man came to the house and told us how much to fix it and then how much to replace it. Seemed like a cost affective thing to replace it, so in one day we had a new heat pump and things were back to normal. They're just grerat!

When I got home from work, I found that the furnace was not working. I called Cascade and they sent Paul right out. He was able to get the furnace running and made good sound recommendations as to replacement for us. We are now in the process of installing a new unit thru Cascade Heating. Thanks!

Our 25 year old furnace quit. We called Cascade and they were at our home within 2 hours and were able to replace our furnace with a new high efficiency Trane gas furnace before the end of the next day. They were excellent with their service and competative with their pricing.

Oh, where to begin? I had Cascade install a new furnace, duct work and a fireplace... They took three weeks longer to complete than estimated, delivered the wrong products and made me pay for the correction, broke things and didn't pay for repairs, poor installation job that I had to fix a year later. I could go on - just don't bother with this company.
