My story in a nutshell is that lots of things that were promised and discussed did not come true. The customer is definitely not always right at this place. Shopping here and trusting this business ended up costing me a lot of time and $.

Any remodeler, home builder or do it yourselfer who is not utilizing this companies resources is missing out. From the showroom, to the professional salesman (not including the factory rates) this is a 5 star company to do business with.
