Their seamstress is the worst I've ever seen!! She put a hole in my $1000 dress, tore of a flower and lost it and ripped of half the beading. I paid $150 to have several things done and she only half assed one thing on it. She completely messed up all of my brides maids dresses. Don't ever use this place. This is all happening 1 week before my wedding. This place has been my number one stress!! They are rude and can't do anything right. Please don't give this place your business. You'll be sorry.

The staff goes above and beyond to help you with what you want -- they are making custom ties for our whole party, put together my whole dress decor and will be doing the alterations too! Very friendly and willing to work with you to make your day everything you want it to be!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience of my life! The owner totally sucked the fun out of the wedding dress shopping experience. She was high strung and bossy! I couldn't even try on a dress for myself, she had to dress me which was VERY uncomfortable and my mom wasn't allowed in the dressing area to see what I was trying on. She got mad at me because I unzipped my own dress and after being treated like a little kid through the 1st two dresses I didn't want to even try on the other dresses. We walked out. If your shopping in bend for wedding dresses don't go here! Bella brides and cordially invited made my experience so much more fun and I got to dress myself!
