I highly recommend Bend Pest Control. I moved into a rental and wanted it sprayed for spiders and other pests. Service was prompt. I look forward to their return for the second treatment and a pest free summer.

DO NOT USE this company. The owner is extremely rude (and possibly drunk). Even though he completely missed a hole in the foundation, he claims the rats will always get back in. He would not come back to block the hole he missed (but charged $600) and should not be in business since he cannot even talk or communicate in a civilized manner. Gabe - Bend Jan 2011

Bend Pest Control was highly recommended to us by neighbors when we moved to our "woodsy" neighborhood 5 years ago. We do not have the knowledge or know how to prevent the "invaders" from the forest, so we felt fortunate to find Keith. He treats our home and we don't have to worry about the destruction other homes in our area have experienced. Keith is reliable, easy to work with and effective. You couldn't find a better pest control company.

We live very close to the Deschutes National Forest --- the insects, rodents, etc do not know the boundary lines! Bend Pest Control is very knowledgable, professional, courteous and prompt in dealing with our pest control needs. We have used this service since building our home in 2004 and couldn't be happier. We do not have any of the pest problems that many of our neighbors do (who think they can take care of it themselves) and we have Keith to thank for that. He treats our property twice a year and we don't have to worry about pest problems. I confidently recommend Bend Pest Contol to other homeowners.

We bought a new property and they were hired by the sellers to spray for pests and rodents. He was supposed to come back and do an area after I uncovered it, but after several calls to his "business", which appears to be his home, his wife answering, we had no call backs and never a follow up. Within a year we have rodents again and his work is supposed be guaranteed. Call anyone else. This guy is a hack.

Used Bend Pest Control for over 5 years. We have a home in the Deschutes forest area. Got to first know Bend Pest Control when I called over five years ago to remove three or four raccoons from underneath our new home. Scary, but he did.We have not seen a carpenter ant or any spiders, ever! The secret is he treats often and even when snow is still on the ground during early spring. He treats any decaying wood on our property. The owner of Bend Pest has climbed on our roof and plugged every possible entrance a little critter can find a way to get in. And a couple of times that they did get in our upper roof area, he got them out.I wanted to post this message. He is outside right now on our property at 30 degrees using his expertise getting rid of several voles, destructive little rodents. We called yesterday and he is here. I wanted to pay him extra over our yearly contract because of the extra time I know it is going to take to remove voles, but he refused. He has access to

Do not use this company. Verbally attacked and lectured when I called to report a problem. I am still in shock.

I highly recommend that you DO NOT use Bend Pest Control Service. I recently hired them to come out and treat my rental house for carpenter ants on a long term basis. The first visit was great and the service man came with a smile, answered all our questions and treated the house. Then things went downhill. We were told that he would be back in around a week to do a second treatment and anytime we needed him to after that. After 10 days had gone by and no service, a phone call was made because the ants were crawling in the house. He reluctantly showed up, stated he would NOT spray inside the house again (my contract states otherwise) and began to YELL at my renter because she wanted him to spray the bedroom inside. The yelling became so loud that the neighbor across the street came over to find out what was going on. This man (I believe he is the owner!) was extremely unprofessional and had to be asked to leave the property. I honestly don't how anyone can stay in business wit
