Angela has been the link that keeps us coming back. Her special knowledge of cats, intuition and ability to understand individual cats and the humans that stress about them when they leave. Angel is someone very unique and speaks always very highly of animals, her employer and the people that she works with. Very professional and always very very kind and patient with the humans too!We LOVE Angela, and will continue to come back as long as she is there at the lodge. I have been taking my cats to Bend Kitty Lodge for about three years or more. One is diabetic and requires a daily shot. I have been very happy with the experiences my cats and I have had there. I really enjoyed my recent visit at the Bend Kitty LodgeI have been there one other time and I want to say Thank You to the staff for the attentive, friendly way of making me feel at ease to go on this trip. The owner and staff made sure my cat has all she needs.. I'll be back again every time I need to go away, it's nice to know I dont have to worry about lovey, and they don't charge extra for food!J. Bend Kitty Lodge is the best place for my kitty! When I am away, I have total confidence in the staff and their professional approach to total cat care. This is the cleanest and coziest place to care for my cat! I never question their policies, as I know they have my cats best interest in mind.

Have been happy customer for many years. Kitty Lodge has lost a lot of good staff and now seem to become defensive at any customer questions. I have been lectured about their perfection for the last time after asking a simple question. I really regret having to say good bye after all this time, but Becky has even been critical of my vet; additionally, I do want to be notified in a medical emergency, which I can no longer count on. They seem to have developed a fear of lawsuits and it is having a huge effect on them... I don't know why & I didn't ask. The 2 stars is due to attitude & customer service.

Bend Kitty Lodge is absolutely the most fabulous place I have ever found for my kitties. It's the next best thing to home. In the 25-plus years that I have had cats, I have never seen anything like it. The accommodations are outstanding, clean and comfortable. In the past I have always hated to have to board my kitties and they have hated it too. But no more. I will recommend them to anyone I know who has cats. Angela was wonderful. She showed me all the different types of accommodations and explained how it all works, all the while chatting with some of the visiting cats. She clearly loves kitties and sincerely cares about each one of them. Check it out!!! You will love them.

I have been taking my cats to the Bend Kitty Lodge for just about 10 years, and would not even consider taking my cats anywhere else. Becky and her employees are pleasant and caring, and the facilities are clean and kitty friendly. My cats have always been wonderfully cared for, and I have no reservations in recommending the Bend Kitty Lodge!
