I wanted to check out this salon in Bend that sells Maggie Sottero so I called them up, they said they could fit me in at 11 so I went in. There is only one lady who's the owner/operator and she's double booked me and another bride. At first I was optimistic that she could handle us both but she completely ignored me. She didn't ask me anything about what kind of dresses I liked, or my wedding venue, or really anything at all. I don't think she even knew my name. I picked out the dresses, had to wait 5-10 mins for her to get back to the dressing room to help me get into the dresses, then once I was in it she left me on the podium for another 10-15 mins while she dealt with the other bride. I was there an hour and only tried on 3 dresses. She was very attentive with the other bride, even got her to buy a dress, but I eventually stormed out. My suggestion, make sure you're the only bride in the salon!

I have never heard a bad comment on this store and am appalled that someone is able to write an untrue comment and get it posted.Read between the lines the first red flag would be not making an appointment so you are sure of personal service.This is the best bridal store in Oregon.She goes way above and beyond to serve you.

My daughter is getting married in a year and we had no clue as to what to expect when wedding dress shopping. We first went to Bend Wedding and Formal where we were shown where to look and the girl was not very helpful. Then we met Nicole at Bella....what a difference!! She also showed us where to look, but also made recommendations! She was extremely helpful and had a great assortment of beautiful dresses. We left there and went to Cordially Invited where the girl was nice, but the experience wasn't as good and the dresses not nearly as nice. I would definitely recommend Bella Brides to everyone I know.

I was shocked to read the negative review about Bella's. My daughter is getting married in @ 6 months. After going to Cordially Invited, 2 times, and being very disatisfied with their service (my daughter had a specific style in mind and was degraded for not wanting the "latest, high end fashion in wedding dresses")and with the uppity attitude of their sales associates and the disorganization of their shop (dresses were crammed so tight on the racks it made it very hard to see the styles, etc)I vowed never to wtep foot in that shop again. The search continued, more negative experiences (none as bad as C.I.)at almost every shop. We finally came upon Bella's and what a welcome relief. Nicole was not only knowledgable, but extremely helpful, patient and friendly. I had never met Nicole until that day but have come to rely on her as a very nice acquaintance and source of information as I try to help plan my daughter's wedding. I had a wonderful experience and found the PERFECT gown! Nicole was great to work with and they had a huge selection. She knew a lot about dress styles and helped me find gowns that completemented my body type. I spent about two hours there and we had a blast the whole time.

As a Bride shopping for that perfect dress, I thought I would start with Bella Brides. I was really disappointed with my experience. I felt like I was just some poor loser going in, not getting married. I've been to the shop once when there was tons of other brides looking for that perfect dress but the owner didn't help me or my bridesmaid. It was so hard to find sizes and to see what bridal shop had, we spent most of our time looking. I've been twice since that first day, and there was no one around but me. The owner still didn't help me, ask what I was looking for or if I needed help. She just sat at her desk looking on her computer or on the phone, and didn't even care if I was there. Waste of time!!!! I even talked with a bride to be, and she had the same experience with going there and wasn't not happy at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY FUTURE BRIDE GOING THERE TO LOOK!!!!
