Ken came on a weekend, helping with a situation right before thanksgiving. He did solid work! But, even better, he made a follow up phone call, was flexible, and helped make things work promptly.

I'm a long-time Central Oregonian and remembered that Ken Mast has been a familiar name in appliance repair over the years. When i needed the stove repaired he' s the one I called. So glad I did. There were a few things that could have been wrong. He started with the cheapest possibility first and it turned out to be that. He did all he could to keep the cost low and did quality work. I sure appreciated it! You read other reviews of appliance repair services who don't properly complete the repair or do what they can to run up the bill. He does great work and tries to keep the cost down. That's something you don't see everyday anymore. Thanks Ken!

What a pleasure to do business with a true professional. Steve was at my home within an hour of my call, and out, leaving a fully functional dryer and my gratitude, less than an hour after that. I highly recommend this experienced, thoughtful, no-funny-business professional.

Called Ken because my parents had been so impressed with his honesty when they called about their washer. My refrigerator had stopped cooling. Ken came immediately at 5pm on a Saturday. He worked quickly, was so kind and personable, and his price was unbelievably reasonable. He even took some extra time to show me how to do some maintenance on my own. Will recommend him to all my friends and call him first if any other appliance breaks.

We have called Ken twice, on two different appliances. Unbelievable service and as honest as they come. Gave advice that saved us from spending unnecessary money. Thank you Ken!

I have to agree with all of these other great reviews. My 9 yo GE refrigerator stopped cooling. I called GE and couldn't get an appt. till the next day. I called Affordable Appliance Repair way too early (sorry Mrs. Mast) and was given an appt. block time which was adhered to. Anyway, I just wanted to give Ken a big thank you for being honest and "affordable". He is trained, certified and knowledgeable.

My washing machine drain pump motor stopped working and Ken came that day to diagnose and fix the problem. His flat service rate to come out to my house was fifteen dollars less then a few other places I looked at and the price for the motor was unbeatable! I of course hate having to pay for repairs, but Ken was reliable, professional, trustworthy and affordable! I would recommend him to get the job done right!

Our refrigerator went down 3 days before Christmas. I found Ken here at Dexknows and called because he had weekend hours. He knew what the problem before he even got here. He came that day and had the fridge working for Christmas! He really knows what he is doing. Fridge repair isn't free but I am very happy as I know I was not overcharged.

I called Ken with washer issues on Christmas Eve. He was quick to say he was available anytime, even that day. He asked a variety of questions over the phone to determine what the problem may be. After he researched my machine and the possible issues he called me to let me know that my machine actually had a recall relating to the exact problem I was having. He even provided me with the phone number to the manufacturer and let me know that with a recall I should be eligible for free parts and labor from the manufacturer. Turns out I was indeed! My washer is working great now and with no money out of my pocket! I have Ken to Thank !! I would recommend Ken to all my friends ~ what a truly honest and helpful professional! Thanks Ken!!!D. I have called on Ken twice to help me with a dishwasher and fridge. In both cases he was quick to respond and explained in detail what the problems were. He communicates well and his rates are very affordable...I will call him for all my appliance needs without hesitation. I am never happy to have to pay out for repairs, though in both situations with Ken I came away relieved with the whole experience...

Arrived on time, and stayed till the job was finished. Gave me a quote and did more than I asked for, without changing the quote. Highly recommend Ken.
