DSCS on Highway 377 Benbrook did not live up to their claim of "in by 9 out by 5". One Friday I arranged my whole day around getting my clothes in before 9 AM so I could pick them up at 5 PM or a trip on Saturday. They were not ready. Was told they needed one more hour. They were not ready. Was told they open at 6:30 AM. They did not open until 8 AM. They lost two pair of jeans and gave me someone else's jeans. I left a message for the management. They have yet to respond. Talk to a manager after I returned from my trip an all he offered was excuses. Never said he was sorry. And I was a loyal customer. Just think how they will treat you.
