if there was a way to put no stars at all I would put no stars. yesterday I had an appointment with this company between noon and 4pm... nobody showed up and nobody contacted me. I called the office several ...no more than several times ... NINE TIMES and left a message but nobody answered my call during regular business hours. I called the 800 number and was told that I was the next person on the list for service that day... but nobody could contact the technician. ... So I missed a day of work waiting on my air to get fixed for nothing. the next morning I received a call from who I presume is the office manager and was told that the technician called me and didn't receive an answer... well I have no missed calls on my cell phone and none on my office phone and NO VOICE MAILS... because nobody called me. and she had the nerve to offer me an appointment the next day as if she was doing me a favor... no... I pay for good on time service and patronize businesses that respect and appreciate their customers...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
