Friendly environment

Had an appointment for a wig consultation today. Had no idea what to expect since this will be my first time trying hair of any kind besides braids.
Steven was very welcoming. He listened to me and offered his expertise and suggestions. I learned a few things and now have a clearer understanding of all of the differences. I am going with his suggestions and am really looking forward to the experience.
It was important to me to feel comfortable and some semblance of a connection connection as this is a huge undertaking and investment. Steven was patient and answered all of my questions. I left the shop feeling confident that I made the right decision.

Dietrich provided great customer service and my silk press was amazing.
